How much is the agent fee to rent a condo?租公寓的中介费是多少?
One-year lease: the landlord usually pays the commission, the tenant nothing. Two years: typically one month, split per the agreement. I confirm who pays before any viewing.一年租约:通常房东付佣金,租客不付。两年:一般一个月,按约定分摊。看房前我都会先讲清谁付。
What deposit do I need?需要多少押金?
One month's rent as deposit for a one-year lease (two months for two years), plus one month in advance. All set out in the Tenancy Agreement.一年租约一个月押金(两年为两个月),另加预付一个月租金。都会写进租约。
Can a foreigner rent a condo in Singapore?外国人可以在新加坡租公寓吗?
Yes, freely, with a valid pass. The landlord verifies your status at signing. Private condos have no quota; only HDB rentals carry separate rules.可以,凭有效准证自由租赁。签约时房东核实你的身份。私人公寓无配额;只有 HDB 出租有单独规定。
