The three numbers I get asked about every week.

These aren't every calculator on the internet — they're the three I actually use with clients in WhatsApp threads. Mortgage tells you whether the property fits your monthly cashflow (and whether the bank will say yes). BSD + ABSD tells you the upfront cash hit — the single biggest reframe for Chinese-national and SPR buyers. Future value tells you whether the price you're paying makes sense at your hold period.
