Who this applies to

This website, ivanchee.com, is operated by Ivan Chee, a licensed salesperson (CEA registration R024683F) with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. This policy explains how I handle personal data collected through the site, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What I collect

Enquiry details you choose to send through the contact form or WhatsApp: your name, your phone number or email, your language preference, and whatever you write in your message.
Usage data collected automatically by Google Analytics (GA4): pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is statistical and is not used to identify you personally.

The site has no login or account, and does not ask for financial details, NRIC, or passwords. Please do not send sensitive identifiers through the form.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide the property service you asked about (rental, sale, new launch, or general advice).
To follow up on an active engagement (for example, a viewing or a lease renewal reminder).
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated.

Who processes your data

I use a small number of trusted service providers who act on my instructions as data intermediaries:

Form delivery (Aphyx): contact-form submissions are sent securely to a form service at api.aphyx.live, which records the enquiry and emails it to me so it is not lost.
Analytics (Google): Google Analytics 4 provides anonymised traffic statistics. See Google's own privacy terms for how they handle this data.

I do not sell your personal data, and I do not share it for third-party marketing.

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure visits. These are not essential to viewing the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private/incognito window, without losing access to the content.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting engagement, and are then deleted on request or when no longer required. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention periods.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask me to access the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or stop using it and withdraw your consent. To make a request, email eraivanchee@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 9027 1482. Withdrawing consent may mean I can no longer assist with your enquiry.

Links to other sites

This site links to external pages such as the ERA property portal and property listing sites. Once you leave ivanchee.com, those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
